My name is Vincent GALAND, I work directly with Dr. Dominique LE MASNE,
director of the scientific service at the French Embassy in Poland.

One of our main project for 2013 is to create a Franco-Polish Prize for the
best PhD in the field of nuclear sciences. This Prize would be awarded to
Polish researchers who are in the last years of PhD (3rd or 4th year) or who
graduated 5 years ago maximum (i.e. from 2009).

We would be particularly interested in candidates who collaborate or have
collaborated strongly with France (franco-polish "cotutelle" joint PhD,
masters degree get in France, etc.) but our main criterion remains the
scientific quality of the research carried out.

Do you have a list of such potential candidates ? We need basic informations
about them i.e. name, surname, phone number, email adress and thesis title,
so we can contact them in the next months in order to participate to the
Prize contest.
