Thirteen Polish research and educational institutions have signed and agreement, forming Polish Nuclear Physics Network. The institutions involved employ more than 260 researchers, who are pursuing experimental and theoretical studies in the field of nuclear physics and its applications.

The main aims of the Network are the following:

• to tighten existing collaboration among the signatories of the agreement;
• to promote nuclear physics research and its applications on the country scale;
• to exploit mechanisms facilitating the integration of the Polish nuclear physics with the European research infrastructure.
