Subject: AZ4pi-FAZIA Pilot Study Comittee

Dear friends,

Besides the end of EXOCHAP in EURONS, we (dynamics and thermodynamics group of past EXOCHAP) have decided to continue the R&D about A and Z identification improvement. We hope that this R&D study will go towards the construction of a new 4pi detector (FAZIA as described in the EURISOL report). We think that it is time to constitute a Pilot Study Comittee to manage our project. The proposed comittee is the following :

Committee: 3 italian physicists, 3 french physicists, 1 poland physicist, 1 romanian physicist, 1 assistant project.

and related to the committee, two groups:

a R&D group to discuss and propose technical solutions
a Physics group to define specific points (granularity, thresholds...)

Please discuss with Polish colleagues to say if you agree on that and if yes propose one name.
